Consultation Contents

How to complete this consultation

1. Please ensure you have read the consultation document before answering the questions in this survey.

2. All participants must complete Section 1 (Introduction),  and cannot progress through the rest of the survey without doing so.

3. Children and young people under the age of 13 need parental consent to participate in this consultation. Please note: If you are under the age of 13, then we need you to provide evidence of consent from your parent/carer to answer the following questions.  Where the contact details of those with parental or caring responsibilities are not provided, the response will not be considered.

4. Commenting on schools:  There is a separate section for each of the schools included in this consultation.  Survey participants can choose to comment on one or more school proposals as they wish.  Just click on the named link for each school to provide any comments about the proposals for that particular school. Please answer all the questions in the section relating to your chosen school/schools.

5. Please complete Section 4 (About You). This is a required section, but you can choose the 'prefer not to say' option if you do not wish to answer the questions fully.  The County Council asks the ‘About You’ questions to help it monitor the effectiveness of its consultations and to avoid duplicate responses. The equalities analysis also helps the County Council meet its Public Sector Equalities Duties under the 2010 Equalities Act.

It is only for these reasons that you are asked to provide the following information and the data you provide will be separated from both the respondent details and the response comments before any data is shared with the corresponding schools.
