Carers Support West Sussex (CSWS) is an independent charity, working in close partnership with West Sussex County Council and the NHS, to identify and offer support to unpaid family and friend Carers across the county.

CSWS  are planning to launch an awareness / education marketing campaign to residents in West Sussex to increase the brand awareness, fundraising element and volunteer recruitment.

Why We Are Consulting

Your responses to this survey will be used to determine a benchmark for the level of brand awareness currently held in West Sussex and determine the most effective channels of communication to reach our audience.

The survey will also throw light on how evenly the awareness is throughout the county, to demonstrate which areas may need more communication. There will be a follow on survey in due course to test the success of this campaign and enable a review of the next steps.

This survey should take no-longer than 10 minutes to complete.

Your valuable input wil help Carers Support West Sussex (CSWS) to better understand how to support carers across West Sussex.

If you need this information in an alternative format (e.g. paper copy), please contact us at  or telephone us on 03302222146.
