Care and Support at Home: Voluntary and Community Organisation Engagement.

Closed 1 Jul 2019

Opened 30 May 2019

Thank you for agreeing to take part in this survey.

We are keen to hear the views of voluntary and community organisations to get a greater understanding of how the County Council can work with you to keep people independent and at home.

Currently around 1900 people across West Sussex receive care and support at home, purchased for them by the County Council. Care and Support at Home provides paid care visits to people at home, to provide them with personal care and support (e.g. washing, meals, medication, etc), so that they can still live at home independently.

The County Council has a contract for the purchase of care and support at home and we are legally required to update this contract by January 2020.

We have created this survey so that voluntary and community organisations have the opportunity to give us their views on the future service and help us to understand how we might work better together to support independence at  home.

The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete.
