Testing the new Quality Pathway: Evaluation of the Pilot

Closed 26 May 2017

Opened 8 May 2017

Feedback expected 20 Jun 2017

Overview

As you are aware, your team is one of the seven teams, (five Operations and two Contracts teams), involved in the current pilot to try out a new pathway for responding to issues about the quality of services, outside of the safeguarding process.

Although it is still early days, we need to hear from you about how the pilot is going so that we can initiate any improvements as we go along. This will also expedite implementation if the pilot is successful.

We have designed a short questionnaire which should take no more than 20 minutes to complete, we would be grateful if you could complete by Friday 26th May (this was Monday 22nd May but has been extended).

Why We Are Consulting

We want to ensure we have an agreed response to quality concerns going forward. It is important to tell us if you haven't yet had experience of using the quality pathway, as this will give us information about what else might be needed to support its use in day to day practice.

We will be seeking further feedback at the end of the pilot to inform the decision about whether to roll it out county-wide.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the questionnaire, we do appreciate that everyone is extremely busy. If you have any queries or concerns about the questionnaire, please do not hesitate to contact either Sarah Pearce or Penny Jeffcoat at sarah_t_pearce@yahoo.co.uk or penny.jeffcoat@haslemere.com

Debbie Young, Head of Contracts & Performance, Adult Operations and Russell Hite, Principle Manager Adults Safeguarding.
